TIME-MANAGEMENT

Time management is nothing but a good planning. We have 1440 minutes every day.
1. Develop a personal sense of time.
2. Plan your 1440 minutes of the day.
3. Work in organised manner.
4. Set dead lines.
5. Evaluate your performance.

How to do a work:
A. Important/Urgent - Do it now, do it well.
B. Important/Less urgent - Plan it in, spend quallity time.
C. Less important/Urgent - Do it quickly, dosen't require quallity.
D. Less important/Less urgent - Quallity time, do it later.

Total time a person living in a metropolitan city spends in daily task during a life span of 60 years:
Sleeping - 17.5 years (7 hours)
Eating - 2.5 years (1 hour)
Office/collage - 20 years (8 hours)
Wathing TV - 5 years (2 hours)
Daily routine &
other works - 5 years (2 hours)
Total time - 50 years (20 hours)

But by deducting some time from satarday and sunday, we get 3 years extra.
Means we have only 13 years to use as quallity time.
We have 4 hours in weekdays free and 12 hours in weekends free.
But by human nature we can not use these all hours for work. We want some time for movie, functions, for meeting freinds etc. on weekends.

Production free time:
(3 hours/day)x(5 days) = 15 hours/week
(5 hours/day)x(sat & sun) = 10 hours/week
Total time = 25 hours/week

“Nothing really belongs to us but time which even he has who has nothing else.” -Paul Gauguin
